Every tonne we ship starts as European-origin post-industrial LDPE film scrap. In our licensed plants in Türkiye it is sorted, crushed, washed, agglomerated and extruded through melt filtration.

    Sorting

    Film scrap is sorted into colour and quality lots — from 60/40 mixed-colour to 98/2 natural.

    Crushing

    The film is shredded to a uniform size so that washing and melting run evenly.

    Washing

    Two or three separate wash pools, depending on the grade, remove dirt and residues.

    Agglomeration

    Washed film is densified into agglomerate for steady feeding into the extruder.

    Extrusion & melt filtration

    Single or two-stage extrusion through 2×65 + 2×100 mesh screens removes remaining contamination.

  6. Recycled LDPE granules

    Granulation & QC

    Each lot is pelletised, checked for MFI and density, and packed in big-bags or 25 kg sacks.
